SHIPPING POLICY

When you place an order with FreezyDG.com, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon shipment, you will be provided with the tracking information for your order. The preferred shipping method can be selected during the checkout process on the Order Information page.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We process orders from Monday to Friday, completing the procedure within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that weekends are non-operational, potentially causing slight delays. In cases of high demand, processing time may extend beyond 3 working days. Orders with inaccurate or incomplete payment or address information may experience processing delays.

SHIPPING METHOD
Packages dispatched from our US warehouse at 2111 Edwards St, St. Louis, MO 63110, United States are shipped via USPS.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
The total delivery time comprises processing time (1-2 business days) and shipping time (7-12 business days).

Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM.

SHIPPING FEE
For Continental US: Standard Shipping is $5.99 for all items.

Rest of World: Standard Shipping is $7.99 for all items. Shipping time varies by location.

TRACKING INFORMATION
An email with your package’s tracking information will be sent upon shipment. If tracking info is not received within 5 days, please contact us. Some carriers may take 2-5 business days for system updates.

NOTE: Please ensure accurate delivery information; incorrect details may necessitate contact for updates, causing delivery delays.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Address changes can be made within 24 hours by emailing [email protected].

SHIPPING RESTRICTION:
Buyers must provide the correct shipping address; corrections within 24 hours can be made by contacting [email protected]. Refunds are not possible if:

Delivery fails after multiple attempts.
Package refusal.
Delivery issues due to the provided shipping address.
Tracking shows successful delivery despite claims of non-receipt.

TAXES & DUTIES:
Import duties, taxes, and local charges are not included. FreezyDG is not responsible for reporting or paying taxes. All orders are DDU, and import taxes are billed by the shipping carrier based on your shipping location’s sales tax laws. Check with your country’s customs office for additional costs.
